I recently stopped over with my family at a charming hotel in Marielyst during our road trip to Germany. Initially, I expected a basic motel, but we were met with a clean, modern accommodation that turned out to be quite inviting. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, bars, and the beach, making it easy for families to explore. Cycling is a popular activity in the area, and we took advantage of the nearby bike trail to Gedser. My kids loved the chance to bike around and soak in the picturesque surroundings. One evening, we dined at the hotel's restaurant, where we enjoyed a limited menu with decent meals that were reasonably priced. While breakfast options could have been broader, what was offered was certainly sufficient for a lovely start to our day. Though there was a minor hiccup with our first room being a bit noisy, the staff readily accommodated us with a more comfortable space. This hotel presented a nice experience for a family looking to enjoy a night or two in this delightful town.
